For additional flexibility, the living room downstairs provides a queen sofa bed, allowing a total guest capacity of 4. The home includes one full bathroom located across the landing from the bedroom and a convenient half bath on the main floor.

• House Rules: No parties or events. No vaping, incense, or candles inside; smoking is permitted on the decks only.
