While there are no individual property amenities listed, guests enjoy full access to the premier Regal Palms Resort. This community offers a beach-style pool, lazy river, water slide, hot tubs, playgrounds, charcoal grills, an on-site restaurant, tiki bar, gym, arcade, and an ice cream parlor.

Located in the Four Corners area, this home is perfectly positioned for sightseeing. If avoiding toll roads, you are approximately 20 minutes from Disney, 45 minutes from Universal, and 1 hour from MCO airport, though times may vary with traffic.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Allowed
• Resort Fees: A non-refundable fee of $22.40 per night is due upon arrival to Regal Palms Resort.
• Deposits: A refundable $100 incidental deposit is required at check-in.
• Parking: The driveway fits up to 3 mid-sized vehicles (parked two side-by-side and one perpendicularly behind). Large vehicles (SUVs/Trucks) may not all fit. Street parking is strictly prohibited and enforced by towing. RVs, campers, and trailers are not permitted at the townhome and must use the Clubhouse lot for $10.70 per night.
• Policies: Early check-in or late check-out must be purchased 24 hours in advance; otherwise, a $25 fee applies for every 30 minutes past 10:00 AM. An exterior video doorbell camera is active at the main entrance for security.
