The layout is designed for year-round comfort: the lower level featuring the bunk room, game room, and bathroom includes a dedicated mini-split air conditioning and heating system, while the upper level remains cool with high-efficiency ceiling fans and the crisp mountain air of a 9,000-foot elevation.

Indoor spaces are highlighted by the Great Room, where vaulted ceilings with warm wood beams and oversized south-facing windows frame the surrounding forest. The fully stocked kitchen is open-concept, flowing directly into the dining area. For entertainment, the Mountain Arcade downstairs is a favorite hangout, featuring a pool/ping pong combination table, Golden Tee and Pac-Man arcade games, shuffleboard, and darts.
