- A $500 fine will be charged for any evidence of smoking
- Cigarette butts, ash, packaging, or any other smoking-related litter found anywhere on the property counts as evidence of a violation
TRASH & RECYCLING
- Please place trash, recycling, and compost in their designated bins.
- A $50 fee will be charged for incorrectly sorted items.
HOT TUB RULES
- Use at your own risk — no lifeguard on duty
- Maximum of 6 guests in the hot tub at one time
- Shower before entering the hot tub
- No glass containers in or around the hot tub
- No food, oils, or lotions in the hot tub
- Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times
- Replace the hot tub cover after each use
- MISUSE OR DAMAGE TO THE HOT TUB WILL BE CHARGED TO THE GUEST
BBQ / GRILL
- Clean the grill grates after each use
- Never leave the grill unattended while in use
- Allow the grill to cool completely before closing the lid
PET POLICY
- Pets are welcome — up to 2 pets, and every pet must be registered in your reservation before arrival
- Pets must be supervised at all times
- Clean up after your pet in the yard and throughout the home
- Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds
- A $250 pet damage fee will be charged for any pet damage, or for pet waste left inside the home or anywhere on the property
KITCHEN AND APPLIANCES
- Wash and put away all dishes before checkout
- Take out all trash and recycling before checkout
- Do not leave food in the refrigerator
LAUNDRY
- In-unit washer and dryer available for guest use
- Clean the lint trap after each dryer cycle
DAMAGES AND LIABILITY
- Please report any damage or maintenance issues immediately
- Unreported damage will be paid at the guest's expense.
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay
