We have some very basic house rules that we ask that you abide by during your stay.

These rules are meant for you to review before your stay and are simple. Best case scenario, we (your hosts) do not make have to make reference to any of rules during your stay :)

If any of the house rules are broken, we have the right to ask you to leave without a refund.

| THE BASICS |

1.) OCCUPANTS - All booking guests must be 25+ (with the exception of children accompanied by their parents). For this listing, no more than 6 guests (including children) may be at the property. Please list all guests on the guest list - any guest not on the list will be your responsibility, not ours. If you are bringing more, you will be asked to leave without refund and/or charged an extra $25/night.

2.) CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT - Check-in time is any time after 4pm and check-out time is at 10am. No exceptions.

Before you leave we ask that you do a couple simple things! ( a. ) empty the refrigerator and dispose items into the trash ( b. ) load all dishes into the dishwasher and run it ( c. ) leave any used beds unmade ( d. ) and place towels on the floor (not in the bathtub) of the bathrooms and ( e. ) gather all your belongings!

3.) PARKING - Parking is limited to a single spot in the parking lot at the bottom of the hill. Extra parking can be found in the "Excess parking" section as well as in front and behind the condo building that is up the hill.
