On the ground floor, you will find a large, bright bedroom featuring a 180cm bed (which can be configured as two 90cm beds), a dedicated work space, and a small relaxation area. This floor also hosts a large bathroom boasting a magnificent tiled walk-in shower. The first floor offers two bright and spacious double bedrooms with 180cm beds, wooden parquet floors, and high ceilings that highlight the exposed structural elements. Additionally, there is a third bedroom serving as a dormitory with four single beds, overlooking a charming space converted into a children's playroom. The second bathroom on this level is an elegant space decorated with wood elements, featuring a toilet, a shower, and a magnificent retro bathtub on legs inviting you to unwind.

The heart of the home is the ground floor kitchen, which combines the charm of tiled floors and weathered furniture with modern, functional equipment. This space flows into a large adjoining living room characterized by beautiful exposed stonework, warm parquet flooring, and large, comfortable sofas.

Outdoor living is a highlight of the property, featuring a large private garden with a variety of leisure activities. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool (accessible from mid-June to mid-September) with a child-safety roller shutter, a pétanque field with boules provided, a darts area, and a charcoal barbecue corner. For entertainment, Molky, racket games, and board games are available for all ages.

• Quiet Hours: Guests must respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood; festive gatherings are strictly prohibited
• Linens: Bed and bath linen are not included. Guests may bring their own or opt for a complete linen fee of €230 per stay
• Cleaning: Mandatory cleaning fees are included in the booking. A full cleaning option is available for €25/hour (up to 5 hours, or €125)
• Security: A refundable security deposit or a no-deposit waiver is required prior to arrival
