The residence is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully organized to suit groups of all sizes: the master bedroom features a King bed, the second bedroom offers a Queen bed, and the third bedroom provides two Twin beds. For additional flexibility, a Queen sleeper sofa is located in the living room, ensuring everyone has a cozy place to rest.

Guests can enjoy an amazing view from the private balcony, which is accessible from both the living room and the master bedroom. Inside, the home is equipped for a seamless stay with a fully equipped kitchen, four televisions, and a DVD player. The master bath serves as a private oasis, featuring a jacuzzi tub and a separate shower, while a washer and dryer are provided for your convenience.

Located within Beach Club III in the family-friendly Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach, you are perfectly positioned to enjoy wonderful shopping, dining, and local activities. While the unit itself is a haven, the on-site facilities enhance the experience with a covered outdoor pool (heated from April through October), an oceanfront sundeck, outside showers, overflow parking, and free Wi-Fi.

Please note the following practical information and house rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. This is a non-smoking property (including the balcony) and pets are not allowed. There is a 25-year age requirement for all non-family groups, which must be met at check-in. Additionally, motorcycles, boats, RVs, golf carts, and trailers are strictly prohibited onsite; however, free parking is available at the local rental office for these vehicles or for those exceeding the unit's parking limit, provided at your own risk.
