• Bedroom 2: King bed (located downstairs)
• Bedroom 3: Queen bed
• Bedroom 4: Queen bed
• Bedroom 5: Bunk Room with 4 single beds (located downstairs)

Designed for entertaining, the home boasts a stunning kitchen with a long bench and top-of-the-line appliances. The interior exudes coastal charm, featuring a cozy living area with a fireplace for sharing stories and laughter. Outside, you can soak in the sun and ocean breeze on expansive decks, host al fresco dinners under the stars, or lounge in comfortable seating areas within the beautiful garden. For convenience after a day of exploring, the property includes a hot and cold outdoor shower to rinse off the salt and sand.

Located just steps from the crystal waters of Collingwood Beach, the surrounding area of Vincentia and Huskisson offers a picturesque escape. Guests can enjoy a variety of local gems, including boutique shops, groceries, yoga studios, day spas, cafes, pubs, and breweries, making it an ideal destination for both relaxation and adventure.

• Check-in: 3:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Not allowed
• Noise Policy: Noise monitors are used to maintain peace. Outdoor music must stop or move inside by 9:30 PM (with doors and windows closed). All music must be completely off by 10:00 PM. Live bands and external sound setups are strictly prohibited.
• Important Notes: Residential construction is currently taking place next door from Monday to Friday. Please bring your own beach towels as they are not provided.
