To ensure a smooth stay, please note the following practical information: Check-in is at 5:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The minimum age to book this property is 25. A three-night minimum stay is required, though short stays can be booked within two weeks of arrival.
House rules are strictly enforced: no smoking, no pets, and no phones. Parking is limited to two vehicles. While sheets and towels are provided and beds are made for your arrival, please be aware that a limited starter kit is provided (including one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of dish soap, and trash bags). Guests are asked to bring additional supplies for the duration of their stay or purchase them at the local Ocracoke Variety Store.
