About Property

Discover a serene retreat at the Creede River House, a beautiful riverfront escape nestled along the banks of the Gold Medal Waters of the Rio Grande River in Creede, Colorado. This stunning property offers a peaceful getaway for those looking to immerse themselves in the natural beauty of the region while remaining just two miles from historic downtown Creede.

Designed for groups and families, the home features 5 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed across two levels. On the main floor, you will find the primary bedroom with a King bed and an en suite bath, providing direct access to a deck with river-facing views and a Smart TV. Two additional bedrooms on the main floor each feature a Queen bed. The lower level provides further space with a fourth bedroom containing a King bed and a fifth bedroom featuring two Queen beds.

At the heart of the main level is a chef's dream: a gourmet kitchen equipped with double ovens, a gas range, and spacious granite countertops, perfect for preparing memorable meals. While the home does not have AC—which is uncommon for homes at this elevation—the interior temperature is easily managed with fans and by opening windows during the cool nights.

Located just a short trip from the world-renowned Creede Repertory Theater, art galleries, shopping, and restaurants, the property serves as an ideal base for adventure.
