Designed for versatility, this home is perfect for a large family or a friends get-together. Whether you are visiting for world-class skiing, downhill mountain biking, Spartan racing, summer hiking, autumn leaf-peeping, or even working remotely, this space provides an inviting atmosphere for every season.

Location & Neighborhood BearLeft is situated in the heart of Killington, Vermont. Being located along the Killington Road means you are positioned perfectly to take advantage of the area's best dining options and after-hours entertainment, all while remaining just a short trip from the mountain slopes.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Onsite parking is limited to three vehicles; if your group requires more space, please notify the hosts to arrange offsite parking.

For families, pack 'n plays or high chairs are available upon request in advance via BabyQuip for an additional fee.

Guests also have access to resort amenities at the Woods Spa, located a short drive down the access road. This includes a pool, tennis courts, sauna, gym, and steam room. Please be aware of the following Spa restrictions:

• Heated amenities (Hot tub, Sauna, Steam Room) are for guests aged 14 and older.
• Children under 16 may not be left alone in the pool area.
• Adults must be 18 or older to supervise other children.
• The fitness center is restricted to those 10 and older (ages 10-14 must be accompanied by an adult).
• Spa treatments are only performed for guests aged 18 and older.
