The sleeping arrangements include a main-level primary suite with a king-sized bed and his and her walk-in closets, a second main-level king bedroom, and lower-level rooms featuring two queen beds and one room with four twin beds (two sets of bunk beds). For added privacy, there is a separate bedroom with a queen bed located in an apartment-like space above the garage, which includes its own dedicated bathroom and office set-up.

Indoor and outdoor living is prioritized throughout the estate. Guests can relax in the stunning sunroom porch with full-length windows, gather in the expansive great room with exposed wood beams and a 65” flat-screen TV, or head to the newly added game room. This entertainment hub is decorated in dark colors with mood lighting and features three arcade machines, a foosball table, shuffleboard, and a popcorn bar.

The lakefront experience is unmatched with a private dock capable of accommodating most rental boats, three kayaks (one two-person and two one-person), and an available pontoon boat rental service. After a day on the water, unwind in the year-round 6-person hot tub or share stories around the huge fire pit under the stars.
