Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. A signed rental agreement and a fully refundable $150 security deposit are required within 48 hours of booking. A valid state driver's license matching the reservation name is mandatory. A maximum of two dogs under 30 lbs each are permitted for a fee of $100 per dog; cats are not allowed. Please note that boat/trailers are not authorized within the complex. Community amenities, managed by the developer, are provided as a complimentary benefit and are subject to temporary closures without notice.
