This spacious layout features 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. The first floor provides two well-furnished bedrooms, each equipped with a queen bed. On the second floor, you will find three additional sleeping quarters: an Oceanside master suite with a king bed, a street-side master also featuring a king bed, and a north-side bedroom with two double beds, which is perfect for children or additional guests.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property, featuring two full-width decks. One overlooks the pool deck while the upper balcony looks out toward the ocean, providing the ideal setting for a laid-back grilling feast with friends and family. Inside, the home boasts a spacious living area and a full kitchen for all your culinary needs. For added convenience, a washer and dryer are available to refresh your beachwear throughout your stay.

Location is everything at the 'Beach Ball.' You can enjoy an urban experience while remaining steps from the sand and surf. The brand new Surfside Beach Pier, which opened in March 2024, is just a 1-minute walk away, along with several outstanding dining options and local attractions.
