The sleeping area includes two comfortable queen beds with high-quality linens and bedding, both positioned to provide front-row Atlantic views. The unit is an ADA-accessible space, featuring a thoughtfully designed handicapped-friendly bathroom and layout.

Located in the heart of Daytona Beach, this retreat is an ideal base for those visiting for races or Bike Week due to its proximity to the Speedway and local events. Guests can enjoy an unobstructed oceanfront panorama from the bed, table, and balcony, providing a spectacular seat for sunrises and seasonal fireworks over the water.
Please be aware that the Daytona Beach Resort is currently undergoing seawall and exterior restoration following 2022 hurricane damage. While the condo remains clean and fully operational, some exterior areas show signs of ongoing work. Daytime construction noise and dust may be present, particularly on the south side of the property. Currently, the North outdoor heated pool, indoor heated pool, hot tubs, fitness center, sauna, and direct beach access remain open. The restaurant, tiki bar, parking garage, south pool, and kiddie pool are temporarily closed. Complimentary outdoor surface parking is available for one vehicle in the front and south lots.
