• Accessibility: Located in a hilly area. Access to the villa involves a 90cm wide path and 3 steps. The fourth bedroom is accessed externally via 19 steps. Door widths for bedrooms and bathrooms are 70cm.
• Safety Note: There are large gaps in the terrace and pool terrace railings; children must remain supervised at all times.
