About Property

Discover the ultimate North Shore lifestyle at Alii Kai 1201, a light-filled Princeville oasis designed for those seeking beauty and tranquility in Hawaii. This bright, top-floor retreat invites you to experience the magic of Kauai, where you can wake up to the sight of waterfalls cascading down emerald mountains and end your day with a breathtaking Pacific sunset.

The home is thoughtfully configured with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. The primary king suite is a sanctuary of its own, offering stunning mountain and waterfall views along with a dedicated workspace featuring an executive desk and a comfortable office chair—perfect for those needing to stay connected while away. The second bedroom provides a cozy retreat with a queen bed, while the spacious open living area and fully equipped kitchen make it an easy fit for families or friends traveling together.

At the heart of this residence is the rare wraparound private lanai, a space truly special for its sweeping views in nearly every direction. Whether you are sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a glass of wine in the evening, the lanai serves as a front-row seat to the changing scenery of the island. To maintain a genuine tropical feel, the condo is naturally cooled by refreshing Kauai trade winds and ceiling fans throughout; please note there is no air conditioning.

Guest access includes the community pool and gas BBQ grills, as well as the scenic Princeville walking paths and nearby beach trails. The location provides a peaceful home base while keeping the best of the North Shore within reach. You are approximately 1 mile from Princeville Center for shopping, coffee, and groceries, and only a 10-minute walk from the ocean-view Makai Golf Club. Within 15 to 20 minutes, you can explore the boutiques and surfing of Hanalei Town and Bay, the snorkeling waters of Anini Beach, or the dramatic coastal scenery of the Kilauea Lighthouse and Wildlife Refuge.
