A Queen bedroom and full bathroom are conveniently located on this level to limit stairs.

The upper level hosts the primary bedroom with a King bed, premium luxe mattress, and blackout curtains, alongside a custom bunk room designed for adults. This unique room features Queen-over-Queen bunks with privacy curtains, reading lights, and individual Roku TVs. The lower level is a true entertainment hub, boasting a second living room with a large Roku TV, a wall-mounted arcade machine with over 6,200 games, and the Nex Playground motion-gaming system. This level also includes a King bedroom with a luxury mattress, a kitchenette for snacks, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and stacked washer and dryer.
