Looking for a bit of fun? Step into the Tiki Hut, a vibrant and uniquely themed tiny house located in Muskegon, Michigan, designed to transport you to a tropical paradise. From the moment you enter through the persimmon-colored door and are greeted by a smiling tiki man, you are immersed in a world of Polynesian charm and festive energy.

This cozy retreat is perfectly configured for two guests, featuring 1 bedroom, 1 bed, and 1 bathroom. The sleeping quarters are located in a private loft behind a bamboo partition wall, where you can cozy up in a queen-sized bed. The loft is thoughtfully detailed with custom-made floating palm leaf nightstands and bamboo house reading sconces on both sides of the bed, along with a selection of books to help you learn about the fascinating history of Tiki culture.

The main living area is a feast for the eyes, blending organic textures with eclectic design. You will find a galvanized tin ceiling overhead and warm bamboo and grass-cloth walls that wrap the space in comfort. The home is rich with Polynesian touches, including Tiki masks, palm leaf accents, and a custom-built Tiki bar kitchenette featuring a beautiful glass vessel sink with etched koi fish. The bathroom continues the theme with a fine custom-made door showcasing a large palm frond and bamboo accents.

As part of the Tiny Digs Lakeshore - Tiny House Lodging community, guests have access to a unique "tiny" neighborhood. The site features seven individually themed tiny houses and a shared outdoor common area equipped with propane fire pits, yard games, and hammocks (weather permitting).

Practical details for your stay:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• No onsite parking; free parking is available on neighborhood streets and in two public lots (behind Ghezzi's Market or across Lakeshore Drive).
• Winter Parking: From December 1st to March 1st, Muskegon enforces odd/even parking from 7 AM to 5 PM. Overnight parking on both sides is allowed from 5 PM to 7 AM.
• Policies: No pets allowed. No TVs are provided to encourage guests to unplug and unwind.
• Requirements: Guests must e-sign a Rental Agreement, provide a photo ID, and a $200 security deposit hold is required.
