Discover your own tropical hideaway at Park Shore Resort Naples, a stunning retreat nestled within a 13-acre subtropical oasis in the heart of Naples, Florida. Surrounded by serene waterways and lush greenery, this getaway offers a tranquil escape that feels miles away from the everyday hustle and bustle while remaining perfectly positioned for exploration.

This deluxe model is the largest unit size available at the resort, featuring a thoughtfully designed layout with bedrooms located on opposite sides of the condo for added privacy. The sleeping arrangements consist of 2 bedrooms and 2 beds, complemented by 2 full-sized bathrooms. As a third-floor end unit, the space enjoys an additional window on the west side and no neighbors to the left, enhancing the sense of seclusion. Guests can enjoy an open kitchen with three barstools and casual indoor dining for four, or step out onto the screened lanai to take in the lake and resort views. The lanai is equipped with a small table, two chairs, and a four-top outdoor dining table for al fresco meals.

Located centrally yet secluded, you are just a short drive from the best of Naples. The resort is walkable to local shopping, dining, and grocery stores, and only 4.4 miles from downtown Naples. Luxury shopping at Waterside Shops is just 0.9 miles away, while the Venetian Village is 1.2 miles away. The closest beach accesses are Horizon Way and Seagate/North Gulfshore Beach, both within 2 miles.

Practical details include a check-in time of 4:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. A maximum of 4 guests is strictly enforced. Pets are not allowed. To cover accidental damage, guests may choose between a $20 non-refundable fee or a $500 refundable hold, collected after booking. Parking is abundant and available on the ground floor. Access to this third-floor unit is available via stairs or elevator.
