This deluxe first-floor condo is the largest unit model available in the resort, providing a spacious layout with bedrooms located on opposite sides for added privacy. The sleeping arrangements include 2 bedrooms and 2 beds (one King and two twins), along with a pull-out sofa to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests across 2 full-sized bathrooms. The home features an open kitchen and casual indoor dining for four, while a screened lanai provides direct access to resort amenities and a lovely spot for outdoor meals.

While the property offers a wide array of activities, please note that the structured amenities list is currently empty; however, guests have access to the shared facilities of the Park Shore Resort complex, including abundant parking throughout the grounds.

Located centrally yet secluded on private grounds, you are just a short drive from the best of Naples. The resort is walkable to local dining, shopping, and grocery stores. You'll find yourself only 0.9 miles from the luxury Waterside Shops, 1.2 miles from the waterside charm of Venetian Village, and approximately 4.4 miles from downtown Naples. For beach lovers, Horizon Way and Seagate/North Gulfshore Beach are both within 2 miles. For evening entertainment, The Mercato and the Pavilion are both under 4 miles away.
