Welcome to Ocean Blue, a true family beach house designed for pure relaxation in the heart of Venus Bay, Victoria. This newly constructed, retro styled home is the perfect place to unwind and escape from the city, where you can hear the sound of the roaring ocean from the deck and spot local wildlife right outside your door.

The home features a comfortable layout with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 7 guests. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully configured to suit families or groups: Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 each feature a queen bed, while Bedroom 3 offers a double bed, a single bed, a sofa, and a TV. For added comfort, all bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans.

Inside, you will be greeted by soothing sky-blue coastal walls and cozy furnishings. The residence radiates comfort and space with two inviting sitting areas and multiple TVs, including a Smart TV for streaming. For those needing to stay connected, there is a dedicated workstation complete with a monitor. The interior is designed for year-round enjoyment, featuring split system heating and air conditioning, as well as an indoor fireplace for chilly nights. A well-appointed kitchen is available for preparing meals, including an airfryer and a Nespresso Coffee Machine with a few starter pods provided.

Step outside to a huge deck and a large backyard, ideal for hosting BBQs, playing ball games, and enjoying endless fun with loved ones. The property is pet friendly, featuring a secure back deck and provided pet bowls to ensure your four-legged friends are welcome.

Located in a prime spot, Ocean Blue is just a 5 minute walk to local shops and a 10 minute walk to the main patrolled beach. If you venture further, stunning destinations like Walkerville South, Meeniyan, Inverloch, and Wilsons Prom are all on your doorstep. Whether you spend your days boogie boarding, surfing, swimming, or simply soaking in the stunning beach scape, this idyllic retreat embodies the essence of the seaside.
