This home features a layout with 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 5 guests. The interior includes a king bedroom and a second bedroom with sleeping space for kids or additional guests. Guests can enjoy a sunroom with beautiful lake views, a spa-inspired shower, and a fully stocked kitchen equipped with both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker. For indoor entertainment, the home provides two arcade machines featuring Pac-Man, Galaga, golf, bowling, and shuffleboard.

The outdoor living space is an extraordinary highlight, situated on approximately ½ acre with a large lawn and a spacious deck for BBQing and lounge seating. The property includes a private dock with boat and watercraft tie-up, making it easy to enjoy Lake Murray via your own boat or rental. For those looking to explore, two kayaks and two stand-up paddleboards are provided along with life jackets. Guests can also unwind in the hot tub, which features a custom pergola and privacy screen, or gather around the wood-burning fire pit in Adirondack chairs.

Located in a calm cove with the SC&G #4 boat landing within walking distance, the property is perfectly positioned for water activities. Note that during winter months, while the beautiful view remains, the lake water level and depth at the dock may be reduced.

Practical Information & Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Digital lock code provided at 4 PM the day before; please notify the team if arriving after 9 PM)
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Up to 2 dogs welcome with a $125 pet fee (no cats). Pets are not allowed on furniture.
• Restrictions: No smoking or vaping. No parties or events permitted. The indoor fireplace is not available for guest use.
• Hot Tub: Available Sept. 15–May 1 (or by special request). To prevent algae contamination, please use a different swimsuit for the hot tub than the lake; a $250 cleaning fee applies if the water turns green.
• Quiet Hours: Begin at 9 PM on weekdays and 10 PM on weekends.
