Welcome to Casa Noho, an outstanding and newly renovated home in Tampa, Florida, designed with everything you need for a truly exceptional getaway. The home is thoughtfully configured to accommodate up to 8 guests, featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements include one king bed, two queen beds, and a convenient sleeper sofa located in the living room, ensuring plenty of space for families or groups.

Step outside to discover an amazing backyard, a true highlight of the property. You can unwind in the private hot tub, gather around the fire pit, or enjoy a meal prepared on the propane grill. Inside, the home is equipped for both relaxation and productivity, featuring a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a comprehensive coffee bar complete with a Keurig, French press, and drip coffee machine. For those traveling for work, there is a dedicated office space featuring a desk, chair, printer, and monitor. Additional home comforts include high-speed WIFI, Smart TVs, a washer and dryer, and a variety of children's amenities such as a Pack n' Play, stroller, and high chair. Guests also enjoy the convenience of free parking available in the garage, driveway, and on the street.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Pets are welcome but must be authorized by the host; please note that only dogs are permitted (no cats or other animals), and a pet cleaning and sanitation fee will be applied. To keep the home pristine, lawn care is performed every third Tuesday of the month, and the spa is treated every Monday. While the grill is available for use, guests are responsible for providing their own propane, though any remaining fuel from previous guests is welcome to be used.
