The primary bedroom serves as a private sanctuary with a king bed, ensuite bath, and elegant french doors that open directly to the side patio. Three additional bedrooms each feature queen beds, while the family room offers a pull-out sectional queen bed for extra guests. The interior is anchored by an open-concept design that connects a recently renovated kitchen—complete with stainless steel appliances and a full suite of cookware—to the dining and living areas. For further relaxation, a separate common area provides a large sectional, smart TV, fireplace, and a standalone bar.

The highlight of the property is the exceptional backyard layout. Guests can access the outdoors from multiple points, including the living room and primary bedroom. The large pool and spa have been recently upgraded with pebble tec finishes, LED lighting, and a smart automation system controllable via phone. The outdoor living space is thoughtfully divided into three areas: a covered patio with a conversation sectional and a 50” smart TV, a large wood fire-pit area, and a second covered patio featuring a 4-burner propane grill, a propane fire-pit, and an al fresco dining table surrounded by citrus trees.

• Late Check-out: $100 (until 2 PM, subject to availability)
• Early Check-in: $100 (1 PM, subject to availability)
