The home is thoughtfully configured to accommodate up to 14 guests across 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements include a primary suite with a king bed and ensuite bath, two additional upstairs bedrooms with queen beds, a downstairs room featuring double queen beds, and a flexible fifth bedroom with a full-over-full bunk. Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV and luggage racks for your convenience.
While the interior provides a comfortable home base with a fully stocked kitchen and spacious living areas, the exterior is where the property truly shines. The backyard is divided into three distinct zones: a recreation area featuring a 1,000 sqft putting green, natural gas fire pit, billiard table, and professional-size table tennis; a dining oasis with a large BBQ island, stainless grill, mini-fridge, and a 10-person dining table; and a relaxing pool area surrounded by mature palm trees and six sun lounge chairs.
Nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac bordering La Quinta, Golfer's Delight provides a peaceful atmosphere while remaining just 25 minutes from the excitement of downtown Palm Springs.

As per the City of Indio Policy for Vacation Rentals, outdoor Quiet Hours are between 9PM - 8AM Sunday-Thursday and 10pm-8am Friday and Saturday. During Quiet Hours amplifying devices or music is prohibited outdoors. Outside of Quiet Hours, music or other outdoor noise is acceptable as long as it is not heard past the property line. All units are equipped with Minut volume tracking devices which will alert our team if outside noise becomes unreasonable.

Pool heating is extra and it's $75/day. The pool will be heated to 85 degrees. If you’d like the pool heated, we require a 24 hour advanced notice to give the pool ample time to heat before check in. A minimum of 3 consecutive days is required for pool heating, OR, for the entire duration of your stay if it's less than 3 days.

Early check in at 1PM ($100) and late check out at 2PM ($100) is available for an extra fee ONLY if there are no back to back bookings to allow for proper cleaning.

SOME pets are allowed for an extra fee ($150/pet). Please consult with the owner before bringing the pet. Maximum of 2 pets. Pets are not allowed in the pool or on the bed. While we do allow some pets with prior approval, a $500 fine will be imposed for any presence or evidence of unapproved pets found within the premises.

No more than 5 vehicles allowed.

No smoking inside the home. Evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a minimum fine of $750.

Any missing or damaged linen, towels or small appliances will be charged via your booking platform.

An additional cleaning fee of $150 applies to stays of 28 nights or longer. This fee is payable promptly following booking confirmation.

A mid-stay cleaning is required for stays of 60 nights or longer. A $195 cleaning fee applies and will be collected after the booking is confirmed.

The Coachella Music Festival dates, April 8–12 and April 15–19, and the Stagecoach Music Festival dates, April 22–26, require booking Thursday through Sunday nights during those periods.
