The property features a thoughtful layout with 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The primary bedroom is a sanctuary of beachy vibes, featuring a king bed with sumptuous premium linens, room-darkening shades, and its own private access to the ocean balcony. This room also includes a 43” Vizio SMART HD TV and the convenience of an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a soothing atmosphere with a queen bed, blackout shutters, and a 32” Vizio SMART HD TV. For the rest of the group, the bunkroom serves as a self-contained slumber party, featuring a full-on-full bunkbed and a twin trundle, along with its own 32” Vizio SMART HD TV. A second common bathroom with a tub-shower combo serves the additional bedrooms.

The heart of the home is an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area where floor-to-ceiling windows provide breathtaking views. Relax on comfortable seating, including a chaise, while enjoying the 65” SMART HD TV. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless-steel major appliances, including a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator, plus a coffee station with both a drip coffeemaker and a Keurig. Guests can choose between two balconies: an ocean balcony perfect for al fresco dining and a bay-side balcony ideal for watching sunsets and fireworks from Northside Park.
