The master bedroom serves as a true sanctuary with vaulted ceilings, a view overlooking the lake, and its own second-story private deck—ideal for a nighttime cocktail. Its modern en-suite bathroom is thoughtfully renovated with new tile, sinks, and an in-wall heater for chilly months. On the main level, two bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower. The walk-out basement provides additional space with a queen bedroom and a futon, along with a full bath featuring a bathtub/shower combo.

Designed for entertaining, the interior boasts a large kitchen complete with a farmhouse sink, breakfast bar, and a granite bar area. The dining room table seats eight, while the living area invites relaxation with two very comfortable couches and a large flat-screen TV. For indoor fun, guests can enjoy games of Golden Tee or Pac Man.

The vast outdoor space is a highlight of the property, featuring a large front deck for dining and a new, lighted bocce ball court for family competition. While the property does not have a dock on-site, guests have a private dedicated dock slip at Dreher Island (a 5-minute drive). The cove provides access for the two provided kayaks and two stand-up paddle boards, as well as a fire pit for cozy evenings. A pool with a large deck is available for enjoyment during the spring and summer months.

Nestled at the end of a quiet street perfect for morning walks, the home is just a short golf cart ride or a 5-minute drive to Dreher Island State Park. Guests are encouraged to bring bikes and golf carts to explore the local country roads and lake homes.
