Please note that while the property has a ramp behind the garage, it is not for guest use; however, a public ramp is available just a few miles down the road at Dreher Island.

• Pets: Dogs are welcome (up to two) with a $125 pet fee; no cats allowed. Pets must stay off furniture and owners must clean up after them.

• Important Notes: Beach towels are not provided. During winter months, the lake water level may be lower, which may reduce the water depth at the dock, though the beautiful view remains.
