Practical Information & House Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Up to two dogs are welcome with a $125 pet fee; no cats allowed. Pets must be kept off furniture and cleaned up after.
• Hot Tub: Available from September 15th to May 30th (or May 1st). Use of a different swimsuit for the hot tub is required to avoid lake water contamination; a $250 fee applies if algae contamination occurs.
• Restrictions: No smoking, vaping, parties, or events. The indoor fireplace is not available for guest use.
• Winter Note: Lake water levels may be lower during winter, which may reduce depth at the dock.
