When you first walk in, you are greeted by a large kitchen featuring a spacious island with seating and a bar overlooking the lake, fully stocked with essentials for cooking and entertaining. The upstairs area opens to a spacious screened-in porch and deck with amazing views. Downstairs, you will find a dedicated entertaining area complete with a table and games, a laundry closet, and a large bath. This level leads to a large covered porch featuring a regulation-sized ping pong table, providing direct access to the fire-pit and the dock.

For those looking for adventure, the property is equipped for lake exploration with two kayaks and two stand-up paddle boards. The home is also a convenient 5-minute walk to the Acapulco boat ramp and Lake Murray Boat Rentals, where guests can launch their own boats or rent tri-toons and center consoles for a day of tubing.

• Restrictions: No parties or events are permitted. The indoor fireplace is not available for guest use.
