This home features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 5 guests. The sleeping arrangements include one queen bed, one full bed, and one twin bed to ensure everyone has a restful stay.

While the structured amenities list is minimal, the home is thoughtfully equipped for a complete getaway. Inside, guests will find a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, and knives, complemented by a coffee bar featuring a Keurig, drip coffee, and a french press. For entertainment, the living room provides comfortable seating for five and a Smart TV, while a dedicated arcade offers a nostalgic trip with titles like Pac-Man, Galaga, and Dig Dug. The home is kept comfortable year-round with central AC and heat.

The outdoor space is where the property truly shines. Enjoy a beautiful screened-in porch overlooking the lake with seating for four, or head to the private dock, which is perfect for swimming, fishing, or parking a boat. For those looking to explore the water, two kayaks and one stand-up paddleboard are provided. • Pets: Up to two dogs are welcome with a $125 pet fee (no cats allowed). Pets are not permitted on furniture, and owners must clean up after their pets.
• House Rules: No parties or events permitted. This is a strictly no-smoking and no-vaping property. The indoor fireplace is not available for guest use.
• Note: During winter, lake water levels may be lower, which may reduce depth at the dock, though the beautiful views remain.
