The living room provides additional sleeping space with a queen sleeper sofa, Smart TV, and arcade game for entertainment. Two full bathrooms serve the property - one with a tiled tub/shower combo and another with a custom tiled stand-up shower.

The cabin operates on well water, which is common in the Smoky Mountains. The hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled between stays and may need time to reach full temperature on check-in day. Bears and wildlife are common in the area - secure belongings and lock vehicle doors. No pets, smoking, or vaping are allowed.
