The layout includes three comfortable double bedrooms and a charming mezzanine floor featuring a king-size bed. This mezzanine is a standout feature—a cozy nook where guests can look out the window to take in the great views of the open countryside and birdlife.

The interior blends comfort with laid-back style, featuring a spacious lounge with two large leather sofas, a Smart TV, and a dining table perfect for socializing. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooker, undercounter fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, and all necessary cookware. For hygiene and convenience, the property offers a modern bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower, as well as a separate WC and wash basin.
