Important guest policies: This is a strictly smoke-free property with a no-pet policy due to severe family allergies. Unauthorized pets incur a $175 charge and immediate departure. All guests must be 25 or older without a guardian. No parties or loud noise after 10pm to respect neighbors. The hot tub is restricted to guests 25+ and prohibited for pregnant guests or those who have consumed alcohol - use at your own risk. The gas fireplace operates seasonally and shuts down April 1 through October 1. Early check-in or late check-out requests incur a $50 fee when available. Unauthorized fires, including candles, result in a $50 charge plus damages. As a woodland property, expect to encounter local wildlife.
