Welcome to 'Our Happy Place' at Whispering Pines, a ground-level condo located right in the heart of Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. This inviting getaway offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for your Smoky Mountain adventure.

This spacious layout features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. Each bedroom is equipped with a king bed to ensure a restful night's sleep. One bedroom includes a private en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo, while the second bedroom features an en suite bathroom that is also shared with the main living room, also providing a shower/tub combo.

Guests can enjoy an open living area designed for relaxation, including a cozy fireplace that is operational from October through March. Step outside to a covered patio to enjoy the fresh mountain air. While the unit itself is a sanctuary, the condo complex provides an array of wonderful facilities including a year-round indoor pool, an indoor hot tub, and a gym located within the indoor pool building. During the summer season (typically Memorial Day to Labor Day), guests can also enjoy a seasonal outdoor pool, a lazy river, and an outdoor hot tub. Please note that pools are HOA-managed, so operational dates and times may vary due to maintenance.

Located right off the Parkway, you are in a prime position to explore everything the area has to offer. You are just 1.7 miles from The Island, 4.4 miles from Dollywood, and 7 miles from downtown Gatlinburg, meaning you only have a short drive to the best entertainment, dining, and shopping in the region.

Practical Details:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Not allowed
• Access: Entry is via an electronic door lock; the code is emailed 2 days prior to arrival following the signing of the renter's agreement.

Important Policies: All guests must sign a renter's agreement before check-in. Magnolia Vacation Rentals is not liable for disruptions caused by weather or acts of God, and travel insurance is strongly recommended. To maintain health and safety, hot tubs are sanitized between stays and may require extra time to reach optimal temperature on the first night.

Cancellation Policy:

• 100% refund if cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival.
• 50% refund if cancelled more than 7 days prior to arrival.
• No refund for cancellations within 7 days of arrival.

As an added bonus, your stay includes $940.00 in complimentary activities, providing one free admission per activity, per day, to top attractions like Dollywood and the Ober Gatlinburg Aerial Tramway.
