The sleeping arrangements include a luxurious primary suite with a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and a private balcony overlooking the water, complemented by three queen rooms. Additional sleeping options include a twin-over-full bunk, a queen sofa sleeper, and a queen air mattress, ensuring there is plenty of space for everyone to unwind.

Inside, the main floor is the heart of the home, keeping everyone connected with a spacious layout that includes the kitchen, dining area, and a gathering space. For entertainment, the lower level provides ample room for fun with a bar area and a pool table.
