Please note the following practical information and rules: Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM (please note check-in is 5:00 PM during weekends, holidays, and Spring Break) and check-out is by 10:00 AM. The minimum age to book this property is 25 years old. In accordance with PCB Ordinance 1632, the maximum occupancy is strictly limited to 6 guests, including children and infants; failure to comply may result in fines or ejection. Additionally, there is a strict limit of two vehicles per unit with no exceptions. Pets are not allowed.
