The residence features a thoughtful layout designed for comfort and convenience. Sleeping arrangements consist of two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master suite is located in the loft and features a king-size bed and a private ensuite. On the main floor, the second bedroom is equipped with a double bed and single bunk beds, allowing the home to comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests. Every room is outfitted with new, comfortable mattresses and furnishings to ensure a restful stay.

This newly renovated space boasts updated flooring, fresh paint, and modern appliances throughout. The well-appointed kitchen is ready for home-cooked meals, and the dining table provides ample seating for six. For entertainment and relaxation, guests can enjoy Netflix and Prime, or step outside onto the outdoor patio to take in the stunning views of the surrounding landscape.

Located in the heart of Canmore, the property puts you in a prime position to explore one of the most beautiful parts of the world. Please be aware that the local area is growing quickly, which can make parking a challenge, especially during the high season from June through September. While some limited free street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis and paid lots are accessible, stalls are standard-sized and may be tight for larger vehicles.
