This private first-floor apartment spans 500 square feet and is designed to accommodate up to 6 guests. The sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms and a versatile living area: the first bedroom features a queen bed for two, the second bedroom provides bunk beds with a double (full) bed on the bottom and a twin on top for three guests, and the living room includes a queen pull-out sofa bed for one additional guest. The layout is completed by one bathroom.

Inside the home, you will find a fully stocked kitchen equipped for preparing great meals, featuring a portable 2-burner cooktop, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, and all necessary utensils and cookware. For entertainment, the living room is equipped with a Smart TV (guests should provide their own logins).

While the home is located in a private green building set behind a peach building for added seclusion, guests enjoy access to a communal courtyard complete with picnic tables. The location is unbeatable, situated just steps from the Ocean Center, one block from the beach, and one block from Main Street.

Practical Information & Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Parking: No on-site parking. Two parking passes are provided for guests to use on the street behind the property (a 3-4 minute walk). Vehicles must park with the flow of traffic. Max 2 vehicles/motorcycles.
• Pets: Allowed and welcome in the fully fenced yard. Pets must be housebroken and kept on a leash. A fee of $20 per pet per night applies; for monthly stays (28+ nights), the fee is $195 per pet per month. Stays with 4 or more pets require prior approval.
• Requirements: Primary renter must be at least 21 years old. A pre-arrival form and photo government ID are required. A lease agreement is mandatory for stays over 28 days.
• Restrictions: No local guests allowed. Guests wanting to bring a trailer must contact the host prior to booking.
• Additional Notes: Baby gear (high chair, bath, monitor, pack n play) available by request prior to arrival. Guests must provide their own charcoal for grill use. Note that a $15 per person charge is automatically added after the 3rd guest.
