Designed for large groups and family gatherings, the home features 4 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 3 bathrooms, with a total guest capacity of 12. The interior includes a living room with a gas fireplace and Smart TV overlooking the cove, and a full kitchen equipped with all the necessities for meal preparation. The main floor bathroom offers a relaxing steam shower, while the lower level features a sofa bed for additional sleeping space.

For entertainment, the house boasts a fun game room downstairs complete with a pool table, shuffleboard table, ping pong table, and cornhole boards. Outside, you can enjoy 200 feet of private water frontage with a private dock, a paddle boat, and two kayaks. The property also includes a large backyard with a seating area and a fire pit, a paved patio with outdoor furniture, and a covered veranda. Guests also have shared access to the Beaver Cove association's private beach and picnic tables, located just 0.2 miles away.

Whether you are visiting for summer swimming and boating or winter snowmobiling and ice fishing, the Moosehead Lake region provides a year-round paradise for nature lovers.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 9:00 AM. This is a pet-friendly property; however, pets must be housebroken, and a $100 fee per pet per stay applies. Guests are responsible for removing all outside pet droppings to avoid additional fees. Please note that firewood is not provided; guests should bring their own for the fireplaces and fire pit. A fully refundable damage deposit of $250 is required, and guests must sign a contract electronically via email.
