About Property

Discover the serene beauty of Sunrise Beach at Vantage Point, a masterclass in organic modern design that offers a quiet, "above it all" atmosphere with wide-reaching views of the water. This stunning cliffside retreat is designed to keep your focus on the horizon, blending sophisticated architecture with the natural landscape of Missouri.

Designed for comfort and luxury, the home is perfectly configured for up to 10 guests. The spacious layout features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements include a king-sized bed in the primary suite and queen-sized beds in the three additional bedrooms. The master suite is a true sanctuary, offering a scenic balcony and an attached bathroom with separate vanities, a soaking tub, and a walk-in glass shower. Three of the bedrooms feature their own en-suite bathrooms, ensuring privacy and convenience for all guests.

The interior is a celebration of light and space. The sun-drenched living room features massive floor-to-ceiling glass walls and curved sofas centered around a gorgeous fireplace. Culinary enthusiasts will appreciate the chef-inspired gourmet kitchen, fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a trio of ovens, and a sleek island with seating for three. Multiple dining zones allow for versatility, from a formal table for five to a casual four-person breakfast nook. For relaxation, the lower-level lounge provides a deep-seated sectional, oversized bag chairs, a flat screen TV, and a convenient wet bar with a beverage fridge.

Outdoor living is an essential part of the Vantage Point experience. Multi-level decks with glass railings wrap around the home to preserve panoramic lake views. The main deck serves as the ultimate oasis, featuring a private heated pool and lakeside hot tub. Guests can relax in lounge chairs, a sectional seating area, or tucked-away balcony perches.
