Standard check-in begins at 4pm with early arrival requests considered after 2pm on arrival day. The main guest must be 21 or older, and quiet hours begin at 10pm per city ordinance. Dogs are welcome with advance approval for an additional $75 per dog per week (maximum 3 dogs). Please maintain thermostat at 68 degrees or above to prevent AC unit freezing. A Ring doorbell camera operates at the front entrance for security purposes. Additional guest fees apply as detailed in the rental agreement.
