The layout is completed by one full bathroom.
While the home is compact, it is thoughtfully designed for comfort. Guests can enjoy a large kitchen and a cute private outdoor seating area to soak in the Florida sun. Because this home is part of a tiny house park, guests have access to fantastic community perks. You are welcome to spend time at the community center playing darts or billiards. Additionally, a large deck located behind the community center offers an expansive area for socializing with plenty of seating, fire pits, a bar area, and outdoor showers.
Practical details for your stay include a self check-in process starting at 3:00 PM, with your unique door code sent via email and text at 11:00 AM on the day of your arrival. Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please be mindful that tiny houses utilize smaller water tanks than traditional homes, so short showers are suggested if multiple guests are showering in succession.
