Where a hot tub is provided, no pets, glass, soaps, oils, bath products, food, or foreign substances are allowed in the hot tub. Keep the cover closed when not in use.

Secure all trash and food due to wildlife. Do not leave trash, food, coolers, or scented items outside or in vehicles.

Park only in designated areas. Do not block roads, driveways, neighboring property, or emergency/service access.

This is a mountain property. Roads may be steep, narrow, winding, dark, or weather impacted. Wildlife, insects, limited cell service, utility interruptions, and changing weather may occur.

Guests are responsible for damage, excess cleaning, missing items, and rule violations as allowed by Airbnb policy and the rental terms.

Last-Minute Booking & Special Request Policy: Standard check-in is 4:00 PM and checkout is 10:00 AM. Any early check-in, late checkout, or other special request entered or selected during the booking process is a request only and is not automatically approved by acceptance of the reservation. Early check-in and late checkout remain subject to availability, applicable fees, and separate written confirmation from the Moonlight Mountain Retreat Team. Please do not arrive before your confirmed check-in time or remain past your confirmed checkout time unless our team has approved the change in writing.
