As the only remaining original Coach House in the Terrace, it offers a rare glimpse into the past with striking details including a cobblestone floor, wooden stabling, and original steps leading to the loft which once served as a hay store and living quarters for a stable lad.

The property is designed for a cozy retreat, featuring 1 bedroom with 1 bed and 1 bathroom, providing a peaceful sanctuary for up to 2 guests. The sleeping area is located in the loft on the upper level, which is accessed by walking through a garage and storage space. The loft is equipped with a new double bed / sofa bed and fresh bedding, offering plenty of room to prepare food while looking out over the garden.

Please be mindful of the property's historic nature. The Coach House was Spot Listed by English Heritage, and because of the original cobbles and drains, the downstairs floor is uneven. Additionally, the loft steps are steeper than standard stairs and are not suitable for those with mobility problems. Guests should note that the door at the top of the steps also serves as the floor, creating an open space if left open, though a retractable gate is available. The shower room is located downstairs and is small in size.

Parking is quite limited in this area. The host will provide recommendations on where to park, with some nearby possibilities available after 4:30 PM and during the weekends.
