For extra flexibility, the living area includes a sofa sleeper; guests are simply asked to request linens for the sofa sleeper from the Welcome Desk.

The minimum age requirement for renters is 25, and per Homeowner Association rules, young adult or Spring Break groups are not permitted. Please note that a refundable damage deposit may be required from March through Easter weekend, and certain times of the year may incur a one-time per-guest resort fee.
