Just off the back porch is a private dock with specific requirements to ensure safety and accessibility: the maximum overall vessel length is 35 feet (hull size not to exceed 31 feet), with a maximum draft of 3 feet and a maximum width of 10 feet on canals. Please be aware that boater's insurance is required, with the Indigo Reef Marina HOA added as a named insured and liability set at $300,000. Only one vessel is permitted per dock space, and personal watercraft are not allowed.
