About Property

Escape to the Redstone Cottage, a recently-renovated sanctuary perched at the highest point of the highly-prized Redstone Luxury Estate in Burnsville, North Carolina. Almost completely surrounded by the Pisgah National Forest and situated at the base of Celo Knob, this home offers an intimate and moody setting paired with unparalleled panoramic vistas of the Black Mountains and the surrounding valley.

Designed for ultimate relaxation, the cottage features a thoughtful layout that accommodates up to 5 guests. The main floor serves as the primary suite, housing 1 bedroom with a king bed and a full bathroom with laundry facilities. For additional sleeping space, a second-story loft contains both a queen bed and a twin bed. To ensure a luxury experience, all beds are sourced from Brooklyn Bedding and paired with Parachute percale sheets. Please note that the loft is accessed via ship-ladder style stairs with railings; while safe, it is recommended that children under five be accompanied by an adult.

While the structured amenities list is currently being updated, the home is designed for a high-end stay, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a grill for outdoor cooking, and both a regular drip coffee machine and a Keurig with pods and cream provided. Guests can unwind in the hot tub while basking in the Appalachian views or snuggle up by the wood-burning fireplace. Outside, a massive fire-pit area provides a stunning vantage point for stargazing and relaxing.

Adventure begins in your own backyard, with several trails leading directly into the National Forest and up to the peak of Mt Celo, the fourth largest mountain in North Carolina. Along these paths, you will discover hidden waterfalls and breathtaking scenic vistas. The property is very secluded, tucked away in the upper corner of a 7.5-acre estate, ensuring privacy and tranquility.
