This comfortable condo is designed for relaxation and mountain exploration, featuring 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 bathrooms, with a total guest capacity of 7. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed, with a queen bed in the first bedroom on the main floor, a second queen bed in a lower-level bedroom, and a bunk bed in the third lower-level bedroom. For additional flexibility, a pullout sofa is located in the lower-level den.

Inside, you will find a cozy living area perfect for unwinding, complete with a wood-burning fireplace where firewood is provided for your convenience. The space also features a TV for streaming your favorite shows. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for easy vacation meals, featuring a dishwasher, plenty of cookware, a dining table that seats six, and a kitchen counter with seating for four. Other practical home details include a washer, dryer, hair dryer, and an iron with an ironing board. Located just above the Saddleback area base lodge with direct trail access, the property is situated 8.0 miles from downtown Rangeley and 15.0 miles from downtown Oquossoc. Please note that trail access depends on natural snow coverage and mountain conditions.

• Parking: Limit of two vehicles only, to be parked directly in front of the condo unit. Additional vehicles may use public lots near the Base Lodge.
